Minetta grew up surrounded by the lush landscapes and simplicity of her homeland, where family gatherings were rich with warmth and connection. These formative years instilled in her a deep appreciation for nature and the stories shared around the table. After moving to the United States, Minetta dedicated herself to healthcare leadership in nursing, becoming a compassionate advocate for patient care and a proud mother.
Her passion for wine flourished when she pursued a winemaking business, drawing on education from UC Davis, a world-renowned institution for viticulture and enology. Her professional journey then expanded as an active member in the San Francisco Neurological Society, where she was inspired to work on more research studies about the Neuroscience Behind Wine Tasting. This unique field explores how wine engages the senses, triggers memory, and evokes emotion, seamlessly connecting science with her personal love for wine.
